CPO (Chief Project Officer)

We are looking for a dedicated Chief project Officer (CPO) to be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and improving our services/ solutions/ products to maintain customer satisfaction. The CPO may perform technical tasks, such as troubleshooting technical issues, and may perform administrative tasks, such as managing team performance and checking the quality of overall project cycle. The main tasks of a CPO, however, include managing projects, fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, and leading the CRM team.

• Maintaining positive relationships with customers

• Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context

• Leading the CRM team, managing conflict, and ensuring the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently

• Managing finances and budgets

• Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction

• Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services

• Remaining organized and meeting deadlines

• Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the companys services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.

Qualification:

• MBA/ MCA preferred

• 10+ years project delivery, software engineering and IT experience

• Proven track record of success in leadership positions

• Familiarity with quality control/ technology/ marketing/ advanced-product-development (ADP) platforms, programs and policies

• Extensive experience of large client base management and project delivery assurance

• Exceptional project management and organization skills
