ON-SITE PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized On-Site Project Manager to join our Client Site in Delhi. As an On-Site Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our platform at client locations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Act as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.

Plan and coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery and successful implementation of Newfangled PolusAIs platform.

Conduct detailed project scoping and requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their needs and tailor the implementation plan accordingly.

Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, and customer success managers, to align project goals and deliverables.

Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and progress.

Maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and gather client feedback to drive product improvements.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of experience as an On-Site Project Manager or similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage projects effectively.

Experience in client-facing roles and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
