- We are seeking a Enterprise PLM Sales Manager to drive sales, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships in the West Region.
- The role involves identifying customer needs, positioning PLM/ALM solutions, and closing enterprise deals across manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and engage enterprise customers across key industries.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build relationships with CXOs and decision-makers to position PLM solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience (PLM preferred).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with cross-functional teams
