Inviting applications for the role of (AP) Process Developer

Responsibilities •    Process Purchase Order, Non-Purchase Order invoices as per the established process •    Charge expenses to accounts and cost centres by analysing invoice/expense reports and recording entries •    Process travel and expense reports of employees by receiving and verifying expense reports for advances and receipts •    Pay vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discount, scheduling and preparing checks/Fund Transfer Orders •    Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and monthly reports •    Good knowledge of excel reports like Pivot table, formulas, formatting and cleansing the data

Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications

•    2 to 3 years Relevant work experience in AP preferably in any manufacturing industry •    Must have sound knowledge of written and spoken English •    Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP •    Proficiency on Excel (Formulas, Filters, Lookups, Pivot etc.,)

Preferred Qualifications •    Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration
