Paytm Money - Business Finance Manager (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.

- Prepare regular financial reports, including forecasts, budget analyses, and performance tracking.

- Analyze financial data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and key drivers of profitability.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.

- Ensure that business units adhere to budgets and that financial goals are met.

- Analyze variances between actual financial performance and budgets, and provide explanations and corrective actions.

Cost Control & Efficiency:

- Identify areas where the company can reduce costs and improve profitability.

- Assist in streamlining operations and implementing cost-effective processes.

Strategic Decision Support:

- Provide financial insights to assist in business strategy development and corporate planning.

- Competitor Analysis.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with other departments such as Business, technology, product, operations, marketing, and sales to understand business performance.

- Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.
