Technical Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

⦁ Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

⦁ Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

⦁ Manage project schedule, control scope, document decisions, interface with the vendor & engineers.

⦁ Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide information on problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

⦁ Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.

⦁ Track progress, internal and external project reporting, develop backup documentation for invoicing.

⦁ Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company

⦁ Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation

⦁ Coordinate with internal /external stakeholders to get the work information related to project.

⦁ Fulfilling all the commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.

Requirements-

⦁ 4+ years of experience in project management in IT, Ecommerce, Banks or related industries.

⦁ Strong communication, able to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels.

⦁ Prepare presentations, presenting to the stakeholders.

⦁ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management

⦁ Studies or qualifications in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information Science or related discipline
