PayTabs - Product Consultant (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations: Effectively showcase the features and benefits of our products to potential and existing clients.

- Providing in-depth product training: Educate clients on product functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

- Gathering and analyzing client requirements: Understand client business needs and challenges to identify appropriate product solutions.

- Developing and delivering customized product solutions: Tailor product recommendations to meet specific client needs and objectives.

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships: Foster long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication, exceptional service, and ongoing support.

- Providing ongoing product support: Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.

- Staying abreast of industry trends and product updates: Continuously enhance your product knowledge and stay informed about the latest industry developments.

- Contributing to product development: Provide valuable feedback from clients to the product development team to improve existing products and drive future innovations.

- Achieving sales targets and KPIs: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of experience in a product consulting, sales, or customer success role.

- Proven experience in conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.

- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
