What We Count on You For:
- Manage the complete payroll cycle, including processing, calculation, and timely disbursement of payroll through third-party vendors.
- Ensure payroll compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies, maintaining accurate records for audits and statutory filings.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve payroll-related issues and ensure smooth processing of payroll data.
- Support the management and integration of our HRMS platform, Darwinbox, ensuring seamless synchronization with payroll and other HR processes.
- Work with HR and IT teams to enhance the functionality of Darwinbox, optimizing workflows and improving system efficiency.
- Leverage Google Sheets to manage large datasets, automate payroll-related tasks, and create insightful reports with advanced formulas and data analysis.
- Generate payroll and compliance reports, analyze data for discrepancies, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRMS and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay current with changes in payroll regulations and recommend improvements to processes and systems.
- Serve as a point of contact for payroll inquiries, providing clear and professional communication with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing the full payroll cycle, with hands-on experience working with third party vendors.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions like formulas, pivot tables, and automation of payroll tasks.
- Experience managing large databases and generating payroll/compliance reports.
- Experience with HRMS systems, particularly in integration or management.
- (Darwinbox experience is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and resolve issues.
