- Strong supervisory skill
- Good in Presentations / communications / clear communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Specially Excel / PPT)
- Proficient with payroll Application (HRMS / Any Other Payroll Application) / Technical Mindset.
- Good in 05-07 employees Team Handling / Multiple Customer Handling
- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including Domain Knowledge, Payroll Processing/preparation, Audit & internal control, Maker Checker, and Taxation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collecting payroll inputs, calculating, and syncing/updating data in the system.
- Payroll Specialist will be responsible for Processing End to End Payroll for 10000-12000 employees | Full & Final Settlement | Perform Maker Checker | Taxation Validation | TDS Return Preparation and submission | Compliances
- Validation e.g. PF | ESIC | Professional Tax and Labor Welfare fund within an agreed SLA's.
- Ensuring timelines are met for salary processing/disbursement and statutory compliances.
- Record keeping for TDS Challans | Acknowledgements | Proofs (if any)
- Collaborate with Internal stakeholders or ability to manage internal stakeholders.
