Support salary structuring and ensure salary and incentive disbursement:
- Assist HR Head in optimum salary structuring in line with HR strategy and overall organizational compensation budget.
Ensure payroll management on time:
- Leave & Attendance management using HRIS, coordinating with vendor for HRIS related updates and administration for leave and attendance.
Support Audit process for Payroll and compensation:
- Support internal and external audit of HR processes pertaining to payroll and compensation; coordinate with external audit agencies to ensure that audits take place in a timely and efficient manner.
Providing quarterly provision to Accounts and other related departments:
- Calculation for Quarterly Leave, Bonus, Gratuity, Headcounts, Comparison and providing the data for actuarial provision
Support statutory compliance and licensing process:
- Support statutory compliance and licensing process as required - Contract labor, shops & establishment act, annual return, building plan approval, factory license, etc.
