Job Summary: The Payroll Manager will oversee and manage the payroll functions for approximately 5000 employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, including overtime calculations, through the KEKA HRMS platform. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance with Indian labor laws, and proficiency in using KEKA HRMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Overtime Management: Calculate and process overtime payments in accordance with applicable laws and company guidelines.
• KEKA HRMS Administration: Utilize the KEKA HRMS platform to process payroll, maintain employee records, and generate necessary reports.
• Compliance: Stay updated on changes in payroll-related regulations and ensure all payroll activities comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit required payroll reports to management and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and address any payroll-related inquiries.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in KEKA HRMS is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indian payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
