Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida for a Technical Consultant at Pattem Digital Technologies. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, consulting services, and sales support on a day-to-day basis.
This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with enterprise-level customers.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to enterprise customers, resolving complex technical issues related to our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- This includes providing examples of troubleshooting during the interview process, specifically related to Python.
- Deliver technical consulting services to clients, advising them on best practices and optimal use of our solutions.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and responding to technical inquiries.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with internal teams (development, product management) to provide feedback on product issues and contribute to product improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends relevant to our products and services.
- Deliver presentations to larger audiences, effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- At least 4 years' experience in an international, enterprise-level, customer-facing role, ideally in Enterprise Support or as a Technical Consultant.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should be prepared to provide brief examples during the interview stage, including examples related to Python.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be comfortable delivering presentations to larger audiences.
- Enterprise infrastructure solution architecture experience.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML security standards with global identity providers, including Azure Active Directory (AADS), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Google ID, Okta, and Ping.
- Azure platform experience with related certifications.
- At least basic knowledge of Python.
Desirable Skills :
- Experience with remote software distribution technologies like System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or Apple Remote Desktop (ARD).
- Windows application packaging and deployment experience.
- Experience with Windows virtualization technologies, including Citrix, Windows Remote Desktop, App-V, Hyper-V, VMware Horizon, and Windows Virtual Desktop
