Executive- HR (For Blue Collar)

We are looking for Executive HR – (For Blue Collar) responsible for overseeing the specific needs and requirements of this vital segment of the workforce within the organization. Candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience.

• Monitor and stay abreast of changes in employment laws, PF Act, ESIC Act, Bonus Act, LWF, POSH & POCSO, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal policies and procedures. Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to compliance activities, audits, and investigations. Prepare reports and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for presentations, development of updated HR policies summarizing compliance status, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
• Proficiency in data handling eg: MIS management and able to generate various attendance, leave, LWP, compensatory offs reports and provide payroll-related information as needed.
• Ensure compliant joining modalities and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Source and screen candidates from various portals (Naukri/LinkedIn/social media/consultants) and interview candidates to identify the best fit for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize hiring decisions and negotiate job offers.
• Proficient in grievance handling.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate employees and managers on compliance requirements.

Qualification/Skill Sets:

• Master’s/bachelor’s degree/diploma in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and PowerPoint presentation
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
