IT Head

- Establish and maintain comprehensive infrastructure architecture, including standards, policies, and best practices.

- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of infrastructure management (Servers, Networks, Cloud, Security) and liaise with third-party vendors/exchanges.

- Implement a support framework for change, availability, capacity, asset, and configuration management, ensuring security and compliance.

- Optimize trading hardware (servers, networks) for low-latency performance and future scalability.

- Lead and guide teams on project delivery, resolving bottlenecks and security concerns while ensuring smooth implementation of new infrastructure initiatives.
