Job Description
- Develop and execute the insurance partnership strategy within the Health, Life, and General Insurance sectors, with a strong focus on driving customer acquisition and client acquisition.
- Generate revenue by identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value partnerships with leading insurance providers , brokers, and distributors.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key insurance providers , brokers, and distribution partners, ensuring access to competitive and diverse insurance products.
- Integrate insurance solutions (health, life, and general) into existing product offerings, driving cross-sell opportunities and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Risk, Product Management) to align product strategies, marketing campaigns, and ensure effective execution aimed at client acquisition and market expansion.
- Track and optimize the performance of insurance partnerships, ensuring alignment with KPIs related to revenue generation, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for all insurance products offered, staying updated on industry regulations and managing risk mitigation efforts.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop new insurance offerings that align with our target customers preferences, driving business growth.
- Mentor and guide junior partnership managers, building a high-performing team that is focused on revenue generation and achieving acquisition targets.
- Expand the client base by exploring untapped markets, driving customer acquisition through innovative strategies and partnerships
