Biomedicial Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment such as ventilators, anesthesia machines, infusion pumps, ultrasound machines, X-ray machines, ECG machines, and other biomedical devices.
  
• Conduct routine checks on medical equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve technical issues related to medical device malfunctions or defects.
  
• Develop and implement effective preventative measures to minimize downtime of critical care equipment.
  
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards for maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
