Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

• Provide medical care to patients in the hospital under the supervision of senior doctors and specialists.
• Conduct routine medical examinations and monitor patient progress.
• Handle emergencies and offer immediate medical attention to patients in critical conditions.
• Maintain patient records, including medical history, diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Assist in surgeries and other procedures as needed.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, medical ethics, and legal guidelines.
• Participate in medical audits, training, and continuous medical education programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid medical license to practice.
• years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably as an RMO.
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, emergency care, and patient management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams effectively.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
