Job Description
The Opportunity
Under close supervision, provide preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration to Diagnostics instruments; HPLC, Biochemistry, Hematology Analyser, and immunoassay AnalyserPerform installationsDocument and report all repairs and product failures.

- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems of the Diagnostics equipment to ensure smooth functioning of biomedical equipment and the highest internal customer satisfaction
- Conduct equipment operational and technical training for the end-user for safe and efficient utilization of Diagnostics equipment
- Minimize contingency expenditure through effective implementation of equipment maintenance programs
- Interface with end-users on an ongoing basis for biomedical equipment maintenance requirements
- Prompt response to service call logs and take timely actions
- Perform installation, calibration, and inspection of the biomedical equipment
- Service of Medical Equipment
- Detailed knowledge of Medical Equipment
- Preparation of project plan including procurement timeline, planning as per medical equipment installation
