Billing & Accounting Assistant (US Accounting)

Role & responsibilities

• Billing & invoicing all work orders and Service calls as per Tickets created in Zoho.
• Work with Dispatch for any query regarding invoicing.
• Billing and Invoicing all New Projects that are signed.
• Create BOM from the Projects Contracts/Cost Sheets and save on the server.
• Verify that the cost sheet matches the Project Proposals.
• Work with Customer Success Managers, Project Managers & other Associates to provide data on invoicing when requested.
• Create invoices for all transactions in Parity & Hotspot and make sure they are set up correctly in QuickBooks for monthly/annually disbursement.
• Billing & invoicing all work orders, service calls for PBX and work with PBX team on issues with work orders in Zoho.
• Work with Dispatch with any discrepancies in billing for sending technicians to properties.
• Create invoices for work orders and update all spreadsheets accordingly.
• Coordinating with Multiple Team Member to get information for invoicing and Multitasking all the time
• You will also be responsible for Auditing all recurring accounts and do quarterly review with department heads and your Manager to make sure the company is not losing money
• Coordinate with rest of accounting team for any questions and concerns on billing.
• Perform other accounting task as needed to help team and as per instructed by Manager.
• Making Project Invoices , Shipping Invoices ,Final Invoices and Customs Invoices and various Projects
• RGNET Server and Ruckus Renewals recurring transactions maintenance and billing , coordination with customer , Accounts Receivable Tasks
• Helping in all above Tasks for Parity US, Canada, and Hotspot US

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent Communication skills

Expert in Microsoft Excel

Comfortable working on US timings 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST i.e. 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
