As a Talent Acquisition Executive you will manage our end-to-end recruitment efforts from candidate sourcing to candidate onboarding. You gain further experience in Talent Acqusition and other aspects of HR at a startup.

Source Candidates through Job portals
Source candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn
Screen Candidates as per job role
Schedule candidate evaluation discussions with our team
Manage offer letter rollout and pre-onboarding
Conducting background checks
Manage Onboarding
Requirements
2 years of experience with managing Talent Acquisition for Engineering Talent
Experience with Defence Industry would be preferred
Professional written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage time and multiple positions at a time
