Job Description
React Native/IOS App Developer
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: At least 1 year of industry experience in frontend technologies (React Native /React js/IOS APP Development)
Reporting to: Engineering Manager
Note: This is a full time role based out of Gurgaon

Desired Profile:
- Excellent understanding of React Native, Node.js,HTML5, CSS3 ,Javascript ,IOS App Development,Jest.
- Expert understanding of in one of these javascript frameworks is must: Angular, React, Vue
- Should be well versed with using App analytics, Moengage etc./span>
- Good understanding of ASO principles, App speed insights
- Should be hands on in developing Progressive Web Apps and AMP Pages
- Experience in Bootstrap, Gulp, Grunt, Babel, Webpack will be a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-growth stage startup
Key goals & responsibilities:
- Architecture and design of scalable UI components
- Building responsive UIs cross device and cross browser compatible
- Optimize applications for speed and SEO
- Integrating APIs/Backend with the frontend
- Create rapid prototypes of interfaces to be used as a blueprint for development
- To provide the best possible user experience for Parentune Users
Qualifications:
- BTech or a similar other equivalent degree.
- Relevant experience in building React Native, Node.js,HTML5, CSS3 ,Javascript ,IOS App Development,Jest.
- Should have an experience of at lest a year in building React Native APP
Hiring Process:
Each talent is onboarded through the OTT (Onboarding Top Talent) funnel, which has 5 steps:
- Round#1- Technical discussion on desired tech stack like React Native, Node.js, HTML,CSS,JavaScript ,IOS APP Development,ASO, Rest Api Integration,Socket
- Round#2- Exercise Technical
- Round#3- Technical
- Round#4- Non technical
- Final discussion - in person
Some of these in-person rounds are coupled and done on the same day/visit. We finish our process within 7-10 working days.
Note: We work half-days on alternate Saturdays. Specifically, we work on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, while the 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off.
