*Vendor Management*:
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, including hotels, transportation companies, and tour guides.
*Negotiation*:
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to secure the best rates and services for our clients.
*Flight Booking*:
- Manage flight bookings for group departures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to travel itineraries. Maintain an organized record of arrival and departure details for coordinating pick-up and drop-off logistics.
*Invoice Creation*:
- Prepare and manage invoices for clients and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
*Attraction Ticket Booking*:
- Research and book tickets for attractions and events that cater to senior citizens.
*Transport and Hotel Arrangements*:
- Source and coordinate transportation and accommodation options that meet the needs of our senior clients.
*Itinerary Development*:
- Create detailed itineraries for each trip, ensuring all activities, accommodations, and transport details are well-organized and communicated effectively.
*Team Collaboration*:
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
*Quality Assurance*:
- Monitor and evaluate service quality, implementing improvements to enhance client satisfaction. Call clients during and after their trips to gather feedback.
*HR Responsibilities*:
*Recruitment and Talent Acquisition*:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Build a network of potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
