Key skills for the job
Job Profile:
1) Full knowledge and experience in understanding clients requirements and accordingly advice clients and close the deal. Would be smart to handle queries from direct clients and converting same to business
2) Good and sound knowledge of costing and itinerary preparation relating to Outbound tours for various countries
3) Prepare customized itineraries for international packages
4) Prepare customized itineraries for domestic packages
5) Knowledge of all type of tours (holiday, corporate, leisure, pilgrimage, business, trade shows, Exhibitions / conferences)
6) Good knowledge of countries and cities around the world.
7) Good knowledge of cruises and cruise booking and contracting
8) Prepare booking vouchers & invoices
9) Confirm bookings with vendors / service providers
10) Support clients during their travel
11) Visa processing and documentation
12) Make flight & hotel bookings and generate vouchers
13) Knowledge of Travel Insurance
14) Knowledge of Car / Bus rentals
15) Knowledge of train routes
16) Knowledge of all travel softwares
17) Also computer literacy and fluency in English essential
18) Should have Strong Sincere Follow Up Skills and provide excellent customer
service to convert enquiries to Sales
19) Shouldnt have any Health Issues.

Office Timings are from 9.30 AM to 7.00 PM, But being a Hospitability industry, customer service is very important and may have to work late at times due to Nature of Business.
Salary : Salary No Constraint for the right Candidate. It depends on the Candidates Calibre
