Purchase Engineer

Responsible for entire Purchase & Procurement of all Mechanical Commodities which includes i.e Raw Material , Sheet Metal Parts , Machined Parts , Mechanical Hardware ,Boughtout items Gaskets , Labels , Casting items ,Fabrications items & etc. Responsible for Import & Consumable items procurement from Domestic & International suppliers Floating the enquiries, Follow-up for quotation from suppliers , Preparing Comparative statement, Cost Analysis & Preparing the POs in tally ERP Knowledge of all mechanical parts costing & Special Process activities i.e. Powder coating , Painting , Tin & Nickel Plating & etc. Knowledge of Mechanical Dwg Reading with GD & T Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure advantages contract terms & condition Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable Reliable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure the purchased materials meet all necessary quality metrics and to solve quality issues Collaborate with the Internal stakeholders ( Store , Logistic , Assembly , Wiring & Production Team ) Serve as the point of contact between engineering departments and suppliers to clarify technical specifications and resolve issues Oversee the entire ordering process from initial requisition to final delivery, ensuring timelines and accuracy and know the entire P2P Process Maintain and nurture relationships with suppliers for long-term partnership Follow-up with Account department to release the vendors payment on time and to solve account queries Responsible for developing the new vendors , vendor management & vendor evaluation Expertise in MS Office , Especially Excel & Word Knolwedge of Quality Control Standard Soft Skills Required :- Good Communication skills , Strong Negotiations capabilities , Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines , Team work & collaboration skills
