QA/QC Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Inspect all incoming material with respect to drawings/datasheets and purchase order specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports, issue non-conformance, and identify root cause for corrective actions.
• Carry out in process inspection such as visual, dimensional, material, welding, chromating, plating, powder coating, and painting with relative standards.
• Field visit & handle outsource process inspection at vendor sites.
• Carry out Final inspection.
• Documentations/Reports for all materials inspected.
• Checking BOM and QAP of all projects with relative requirements of customer.
• Maintain project file, reports, and documents such as COC, TC, Data sheets, QAP, ATP, Manuals, MTC, and Calibration Certificates of all projects.
• Send material for Material Test Certificate.
• Maintain calibration of all instruments & their records.
• Solving problems with technicians and workers involved in fabrication, machining, assembly, and testing areas.
• Maintain the Rejection data.
• Analysis of Rejection data.
• Documenting Corrective Actions taken.
• Maintain material traceability of projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
