Program Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage electro-optic payload projects from conception to deployment
• develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance) and external partners (vendors, suppliers, customers) to ensure project alignment and success
• Present updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage the manufacturing process of electro-optic payloads, ensuring compliance with military standards and regulatory requirements
• Oversee testing processes, ensuring products meet required specifications and performance criteria
• Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of product reliability
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and components
• Monitor inventory levels and manage logistics to optimize supply flow
• Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary
