Program Manager

Program Manager Role and responsibility:

Formulate and implement tax strategies aligned with companys overall goal.
Lead manage corporate tax department, including hiring, training and mentoring the team
Ensure timely and accurate filing on all federal state, local and international tax.
Handle tax audits, inquires, and disputes with tax authorizes, ensuring proper documentation and representation.
Work closely with finance, legal, treasury, and other departments to integrate tax considerations into business operations and strategies.
Manage international tax compliance, including transfer pricing, foreign income reporting, and cross-border transactions.
Stay updated on international tax regulations and assess their impact on the companys operations and structure.
Implement and leverage tax technology solutions to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Communicate complex tax issues and strategies to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulators, in a clear and concise manner.
