Role & responsibilities

Head a spinning plant for its operation in manufacturing with core competency on Lean Manufacturing with prior textile experience preferably in the spinning side of textiles.

Able to lead and handhold a large team and implement diligent process controls on floor. Ability to work as a team and lead from the front and confront to day to day problem solving abilities.

Preferred candidate profile

Should be able to demonstrate high problem solving skills, analytical abilities to break down issues and be pro-active on managing shop floors.
