Business Development Executive (Gurgaon)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis & Strategy

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting biking enthusiasts and safety gear distributors.|

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with retailers, distributors, and OEMs in the safety gear industry.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure consistent business growth.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products like safety airbag jeans, vests, and riding jackets.
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to maximize profitability.

4. Brand Promotion

• Represent the company at biking events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility.

5. Product Expertise

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the product range, including safety features, materials, and certifications.
• Educate potential customers about the benefits and unique selling points of our products.

6. Reporting & Feedback

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the product development team to incorporate market needs into product improvements.
