Manager NVH (Gurgaon)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketing & New Project teams for product development.
• Ensure delivery of products meeting customer NVH targets.
• Manage test facilities and resources efficiently.
• Review test results, reports, and laboratory documentation.
• Support current products for VA/VE, quality, performance, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with ISO-Laboratory Management System.
• Drive skill and competence development within the team.
• Coordinate with external laboratories for testing and validation.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in project or program management (Current & Future).
• Strong research orientation.
• Proficiency in report writing and presentation skills.
• Inventive, lateral, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong people management skills.
