This candidate is responsible for statutory compliance related to factory act regulations.

• Responsible for statutory compliances related to the Inspector of Factories Act & Rules, ensuring timely registration and renewals under all licenses and permits related to the Inspector of Factories Act & Rules.
• Coordination with all departments to gather required information related to the Inspector of Factories Act & Rules and filing all returns to the Inspector of Factories.
• Managing compliance tools related to the Inspector of Factories Act & Rules.
• Updating the E&Y tool related to the Inspector of Factories Act & Rules.
• Correspondence with government offices, raising purchase requisitions (PR), managing budgets, and ensuring cost-effectiveness

Education & Experience

• Degree or master's degree in management related to Factories Act & Rule or Diploma in Labor law and Labor welfare.
• 10 years experience in Compliances & Facility
