US Recruiter (LOOKING FOR MALES ONLY)

IT recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening & providing a shortlist of qualified
candidates for various technical roles.
Must be available to work in a team
Strong zeal to make a career in the international staffing industry.Sourcing and Recruiting: Experience in finding and attracting qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., online platforms, networking, social media).
Candidate Screening: Ability to review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Employment Law: Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations (especially important for recruiters).
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry the recruiter will be working in.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.

Note: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are Mandatory
