Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute engagement activities.
Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction.
Foster open communication and address concerns.
Reports Maintenance:
Compile and maintain HR reports.
Analyze data trends for strategic decision-making.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR databases.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
3+ years of HR experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
