- Partnering with customers to define, determine, analyse, document, and communicate the objectives, business requirements, and priorities for TMS and solutions implemented.
- Working with varied applications that engage in TMS space including but not limited to Customer ERP, OMS, FMS, TMS and other vendor partners application ecosystem and technical experts on the solution design and build, implementation, and enhancement of the systems.
- Gather and analyse requirements for new enhancements, or modifications to existing applications.
- Providing for the design and delivery of technically appropriate solutions to customers in projects, adhering to enterprise and application architecture principles for the system being implemented in accordance with the project scope and governance.
- Producing architecture and design artefacts as deliverables to the project scope Maintaining and developing \u201ccompetitive\u201d implementation and project delivery processes
- Work as a key strategic liaison between the Customer Process owners and Pando Delivery and Product Teams
- Ensure delivery of Technology solutions that generate business value and confirm that the results are measured and communicated. Function as the principal techno-functional advisor for assigned Customers.

Requirements
- Bachelors with an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain (preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience of which the past 5 to 6 years of experience should be in business analysis,
Solutioning from Freight forwarding / Supply Chain / Logistics Domain.
- Minimum 2 IT solution implementation in Logistic function across industries such as FMCG, Retail,
Automotive etc
- Prior experience in developing TMS / related solution with one or many of ERP systems such as SAP,
OTM, JDE, Infor, Plex etc
- Experience in IT solutions design, delivery, Technology/Solution Architecture, and consultancy working
with IT, functional business leaders and teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, lead, create and sustain functional & IT blueprints/roadmaps.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems and situations and make big picture
design/architecture connections.
- Effective communication skills with others at all levels of the organization - ability to collaborate with IT
and business to derive the requirements and spec out a solution.
- Can-do attitude who seeks, obtains, and applies new knowledge/skills.
- Good balance of an innovator, detail orientation, analytical ability, pragmatism, and P&L mindset,
