Sr.Quality Officer

Role & responsibilities

• To supervise the Quality process to make sure that all products meet

Consistent standards.

• To respond to in-house complaints, resolve and take appropriate action

for the same.

• To verify in coming drawing and ensure the same is used at vendor end.
• To do rejection analysis of finish good products.
• To do in process & in-coming rejection analysis.
• To develop quality control processes.
• To verify rejection and inform to vendor to rework on the same.
• To verify drawing given by development dept, according to our manufacturing process.
• To assure inward material quality.

Documentation:

• To prepared and provide documents for CAPA.
• To support in preparation of IMS documentations.
• To give data for MRM. Internal process related
• To update SOP's.
• To issue and submit the control copies of SOP to concerned

departments.

• To review the records of analytical test reports, raw data, technical

information sheet product related quality records.

• To prepare PDI RMTC report on daily basis.

Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in quality management systems, statistical analysis, and problem-solving techniques. experience in quality assurance or quality control in a manufacturing Sector. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Monitor and Improve Quality. Root Cause Analysis.
