Qa Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for In-process quality checking at every production stage like: Printing, Coating / Varnish, Die, Cutting, Pasting, Packing, etc.
• To be responsible for quality-checking all outgoing shipments quality checking as per AQL.
• Handling customer complaints and finding out root causes, corrective actions & Preventive actions.
• Bring awareness among the production team regarding quality-related things.
• Update quality-related reports in the software.
• Analyzing processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing techniques.
• Stop the production & inform to higher authority if any product is found not as per Buyer standard during QA On-line inspection till the problem gets shorted out.
• Responsible for Overall Ongoing Quality Assurance for the Company.
• Responsible for submitting daily & monthly Quality reports and rejection reports.
