Qms Engineer

JOB DISCRIPTION

1. IMS Development and Maintenance:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards.
• Regularly review and update quality manuals, procedures, and processes to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.

2. Auditing and Compliance:

• Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits to assess IMS effectiveness and compliance.
• Drive the closure of audit findings through effective root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

3.Training and Development:

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness and understanding of the IMS and quality standards among employees.
• Mentor and support team members in quality-related activities and best practices.

4.Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality activities, audits, and improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), audit results, and quality initiatives to senior management.

KEY SKILLS

Must be certified Auditor of ISO 9001/IATF/EMS/OSHAS

Good communication Skills & Presentation Skills

Proficient in MS Office
