Senior Sales Manager (Channel sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively convey the distinctive benefits of our medical products to dealers, driving strong market acceptance and adoption.
• Identify and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to expand market reach.
• Drive channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and ensure sustained business growth.
• Regularly meet with dealers and channel partners to understand their needs, resolve concerns, and provide business support.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new growth opportunities.
• Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu to manage dealer relationships, conduct meetings, and drive sales performance.
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
• Handle pricing, negotiations, and agreements with dealers to maximize profitability.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for driven, self-motivated professionals with the following qualifications:

Experience: 3 to 6 years in channel sales, dealer management, or B2B sales (preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry).

Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven experience in dealer/distributor management.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
• Having a personal bike/car for travel is mandatory.
