Clinical Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively pitch our medical solutions to doctors and biomedical engineers, generating enthusiasm and a strong desire to adopt our product.
• Regularly meet with doctors, biomedical engineers, and hospital staff to provide technical product insights.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our medical devices and provide expert guidance on their usage.
• Conduct product training sessions and live demonstrations to ensure proper device utilization.
• Address technical queries and provide on-site support to medical professionals.
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Travel across Tamil Nadu to visit healthcare facilities and support product implementation.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for technically sound and customer-focused professionals with the following qualifications:

Experience: 0 - 3 years in medical devices, biomedical engineering, or healthcare technology.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of medical devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simplified manner.
• Proven experience in handling doctor/biomedical engineer queries.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
• Having a personal bike is mandatory.
