EMR Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:
Meditab seeks candidates with a medical background to assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications for healthcare clinics in the U.S. The role requires a strong understanding of clinical workflows, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain expertise in EHR functions and workflows.
• Assist in planning, designing, testing, and implementing EHR enhancements.
• Collaborate with healthcare clinics and tech teams for product improvements.
• Customize visit notes, letters, and forms per client preferences.
• Conduct training sessions and create training materials.
• Perform chart audits and ensure efficient clinic workflow integration.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate cases when needed.
• Maintain quality standards and perform pre-Go-Live assessments.
• Support sales and demo preparations with customized templates.
• Communicate effectively with teams across different locations.

Qualifications:

• MBBS, MSc Nursing, BSc Nursing.
• 10th and 12th aggregates - 70%
• Strong computer skills and fluency in English.
