Implementation Specialist (BillerMd)

Role & responsibilities

Software Implementation:

Deployment & Configuration: Manage end-to-end setup of EHR and Medical Billing software.

Customization: Adapt software to client needs, including payer rules, claim formats, and coding standards (ICD-10, CPT).

Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate EHR, PM systems, and third-party healthcare applications.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Ensure smooth functionality and resolve technical issues before deployment.

Client Support: Provide assistance during and after implementation.

Project Management: Maintain documentation and track tasks to meet deadlines.

Medical Billing & RCM:

Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT codes, deductibles, co-insurance, and EOB interpretation.

Training:

Create Training Materials: Develop manuals, guides, and reference documents.

Conduct Training: Educate users at all levels on software functionality.

Train-the-Trainer: Prepare internal client staff to train new hires.

Billing & Compliance Education: Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS, and payer rules.

Ongoing Support: Keep users updated on new features and regulations.

Client & Internal Coordination:

Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for clients.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Support teams.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of implementations, configurations, and feedback.
