Experience: 15+ years in CDMO, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Your Qualifications: Experience:

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the CDMO industry, with a proven track record of success. At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a CDMO or pharmaceutical company.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful business development strategies in the Indian market. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent negotiation and business acumen, along with a deep understanding of CDMO operations. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices within the pharmaceutical industry. Fluency in English and Hindi is a plus.
