Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Calls : Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about the company's products or services.
Sales Conversion : Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into customers to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Service : Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer issues effectively.
Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product/service details and benefits to provide accurate information to customers.
Record Keeping : Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales using CRM systems.
Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and meet objectives.
