Administration Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, including document collection and orientation sessions.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave.
• Prepare HR-related reports.
• Contribute to the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Assisting with job postings and sourcing candidates
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Preparing offer letters and onboarding paperwork

Preferred candidate profile ● Strong organizational and time management skills

• Must be proficient in MS Office & have a strong command on English language
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
