Lead the transition between programs, providing technical and project management inputs and expertise, taking accountability for meeting Transition Phase objectives and delivering value
Develop and implement the Transition Plan, monitoring progress across the HLC Team, ensuring transition safety, security and safeguarding processes and documentation
Manage the transition of all other project operations, including warehouse stock, asset register, lease agreements, IT, MIS, SharePoint Files, and communication with partners and suppliers
Ensure compliance with Palladium policies, guidelines, SOPs, and DFAT s policies and contractual requirements
Provide regular progress reports to internal stakeholders and DFAT
Reporting Requirements:
Regular reporting to the HLC Team Leader/Director, Contractor Representative and DFAT on Transition Phase progress.
