Accounts Receivable Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on services rendered or products sold.
• Review and verify accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies.
• Process and track payments, ensuring they are recorded correctly in our financial systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary billing information and resolve any billing-related issues.
• Generate and maintain billing reports for auditing purposes.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and providing timely solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of billing and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
