QAQC Manager

Role & responsibilities :

1. Quality Management Systems:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO, HACCP).

2. Inspection and Testing:

• Oversee raw material, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Approve/reject products based on quality standards and maintain records of inspections.

3. Team Leadership:

• Manage, train, and mentor the QAQC team to ensure effective execution of quality processes.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all departments.

4. Audits and Reporting:

• Conduct internal and external audits to evaluate compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to senior management.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum 7-10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other industry-specific standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
