Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QAQC Engineer to join our team at Lakshmi Infratech. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality control and assurance within the construction and real estate industry. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained across all our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and processes for various construction activities.
• Review and approve quality control documentation, including inspection and test plans (ITPs).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, specifications, and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QAQC engineers.
• Perform materials inspections, including acceptance testing and sampling.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality control systems and recommend improvements.
• Review and maintain records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate and assist in third-party inspections and certification processes.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment on-site to maintain quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the preparation of quality control reports and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in QA/QC engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools.
• In-depth understanding of quality control methodologies and principles.
• Experience in conducting inspections and audits on construction sites.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in QA/QC or related areas (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
