Profile : Deputy Manager - CRM

Responsibilities:

- Work alongside sales and marketing leaders to define sales objectives, standardize business reporting and create reports for the sales team.

- Manage the data mining team for lead entries on the CRM.

- Work with the inside sales/telemarketing team to generate daily leads reports.

- Being an integral partner of the sales and marketing team to support, challenge and validate strategic and tactics initiatives.

- Optimize existing sales processes.

- Develop an approach to optimize and automate specific sales tasks.

- Analyze sales data to support decision making and measure impact.

Skills:

- MS Excel, Experience in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot etc.

- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) is a plus.

- Experience in integration of various tools in CRM.

- Creating Landing Pages.

- Audience Segmentation for Campaigns.

- Workflow Automation & reporting.
