Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing & Recruiting: Actively source and recruit IT professionals for various roles across the organization.
• Job Posting: Manage and update job boards and social media platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews for candidates.
• Interviewing: Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and ensure timely feedback.
• Offer & Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms when required.
• Candidate Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Reporting: Track and maintain recruitment metrics and status reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven 0experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
